Supply chain manager
Position summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This key leadership role involves managing procurement, logistics and inventory processes to ensure efficiency, profitability and smooth operations that meet customer and corporate objectives.
Main responsibilities:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely supply of materials and services at competitive costs.
Manage stock levels to balance availability and profitability, reduce waste and optimize storage.
Coordinate logistics and transportation operations to ensure prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors and internal teams to build strong relationships and improve performance.
Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead the implementation of tools, technologies and processes to improve supply chain efficiency.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate standards.
Manage and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Profile required:
Education: Degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field.
Experience: At least 5 years in supply chain management, including at least 2 years in a management role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in supply chain software (ERP systems, inventory management tools) and MS Office suite.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in written and spoken French (English is an asset).
Leadership skills to effectively manage teams and drive operational excellence.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in supply chain and logistics management.
Compensation and benefits :
Salary: 105 000$ / year
