Sales director

Position summary:

We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales strategy, develop our customer base and build strong, long-lasting relationships. As a key leader, you will oversee the sales team, ensure revenue targets are met and contribute to the overall growth of the business. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and team leadership, this is the opportunity for you.

Main responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's portfolio.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Lead the preparation, negotiation and closing of high-value proposals and contracts.
Supervise and ensure excellent after-sales service to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
Represent the company at events, trade shows and promotional activities to enhance visibility and reputation.
Work closely with internal departments (marketing, operations, customer service) to streamline processes and deliver superior customer experiences.
Manage, coach and motivate sales team to optimize performance and achieve goals.


Profile required:

Education: Degree in sales, marketing, business administration or related field.
Experience: At least 5 years in a sales management role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding objectives.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting partnerships.
Strong organizational skills, autonomy and results-oriented mindset.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess and respond to market trends.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel occasionally.


Compensation and benefits :

Salary: 120 000$ / 160 000$ (depending on experience).
